Applicant Agreement:
As a Teen Board Applicant, I am making a commitment to actively participate and attend all required meetings, not missing more than two. This includes: volunteer opportunities, fundraising events, and all communication from the director. If I do not fulfill the activity, participation, attendance requirements, or I conduct myself unsatisfactory, I will become ineligible as a member of Fostering Hope’s Teen Ambassador Board.
