Fostering Hope's Gingerbread Land has become a cherished annual Celebration tradition in our community, celebrating it's third successful year.

This festive event not only brings joy and holiday spirit to attendees but also plays a crucial role in raising awareness about the foster care system in Oklahoma. 

With each year, the event has expanded, now featuring two seating times to accommodate the growing interest and participation from the community and beyond.

Attendees enjoy a day filled with activities like gingerbread house decorating with over 50 types of sweet treats, visits with Santa, and warm cups of Hot Cocoa and Christmas popcorn.

Did you know that Fostering Hope is a fully not-for-profit organization and is privately funded? Gingerbread Land sponsorships help us ensure:

  • Emergency Bags (Bagfullofhope) made for children when they are removed from home and placed in foster care anytime, day or night.

  • To-Go Birthday Parties are given to children who may have never been celebrated before.

  • The Fostering Hope House is open and ready to be a safe space for children while foster home placement can be made. 

  • The Fostering Hope Teen Ambassador Board is training future leaders in service and a desire to give back to the world around them.
